PRAYERS FOR OUR NEW COUNCILLORS

Lord you tell us to pray for our leaders

So we pray for our newly elected Councillors

Lord give them wisdom

Compassion

Imagination

The desire to be servants

And the ability to compromise for the good of ALL

We pray that they would build peace

And Justice

And prosperous city for ALL

We pray to for ourselves

That we would continually pray for our Councillors

And then make ourselves available 

To answer our prayers

By partnering with our Councillors

For a better country for ALL.
